He came promptly, took charge in professional & reassuring manner & kept the job moving steadily from one phase to the next. It is becoming more & more rare to find pleasant polite workmen who do a good job & take pride in their work, and instead of the nightmare I had envisioned, I was surprised to find myself actually enjoying the restoration process!!
