I was away and when I returned I came home to a fabulous new bathroom. I‘m very happy with how everything was handled and how professional and helpful Propacific staff have been. I’m honoured to have them working here.

In January of this year I had a flood in [my home] resulting in a great deal of water damage. My insurance company contacted ProPacific Restorations, & from the moment Cory Lesstrange arrived I felt I was in good hands. He came promptly, took charge in professional & reassuring manner & kept the job moving steadily from one phase to the next. It is becoming more & more rare to find pleasant polite workmen who do a good job & take pride in their work, and instead of the nightmare I had envisioned, I was surprised to find myself actually enjoying the restoration process!!

I would like to report that I have been extremely pleased with the work performed by ProPacific Restorations Ltd. Their staff arrived on the premises when expected, appear to be very professional in their work but also have been very courteous, considerate and polite.

We were very impressed with the care and attention to detail of the packing and storage of our articles. The way your team interacts with what we felt was a “major crisis” in our life shows they really care about people. You should be very proud, as employees reflect on what a Company is all about!
