Cory has over 15 years of experience in the restoration industry. He started the company in 1997. Journeyman Water Restorer, Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, AMRT, Master Textile Cleaner are among some of his qualifications. Cory has built the company on the core values of honesty, integrity, quality workmanship and the highest level of customer service.

 
Tanya Lestrange

Tanya Lesstrange, Administrator

Tanya joined the ProPacific team in 2004 after 5 years in nursing. Tanya is general manager,and oversees the day-to-day operations of ProPacific Disaster Kleenup. She also specializes in the marketing and promotion end of the company. Tanya enjoys running, travel, and spending time with her family.

Wayne Harrison, Project Manager

Wayne started with ProPacific in 2009. He has over 15 years of experience in the damage restoration industry. IICRC Water Restoration Tech, ARMT, Applied Structural Drying, Containment & Remediation of Mold, Professional Sewage cleanup & Remediation, Estimate and Xactimate Training.

Pat Richardson, Hazmat Coordinator & Safety Officer

Pat started with ProPacific Restorations in 2007. He has over 20 years of experience in asbestos abatement in commercial, industrial and residential projects. IICRC WRT ARMT and Estimate Training.

Heather dePencier, Project Coordinator & Safety Committee

Heather has extensive experience in the cleaning & restoration industry. IICRC WRT, IICRC F&SRT, CSABC Supervisor, Professional Sewage Clean Up & Remediation, Industrial First Aid, Mold Containment & Remediation, Desiccant Drying Course, Safe Handling of Asbestos, Occupational Health & Safety and Risk Assessment.

Frank Melnychuk, General Manager

Frank Melnychuk is the General Manager for the Port Alberni branch. Frank owned & operated his own restoration company for 20 years in Alberta before joining the team at ProPacific Restoration in 2006. Frank and his crew are available 24/7 to respond to any emergency situation in the Alberni Valley and West Coast region.
